anyone tell me what the differences are between these two guns

BR97 8th Army 25pdr FG with crew ammo trailer. (1)

BR40 25pdr field gun, crew, and ammo trailer.

I think just the crew figures.

There were two different muzzles, don't know if the PD minis cover those.

No idea, I bought a 25 pounder from... a different company... and it came with 2 different barrels. After a quick search I realised one was late war & one early.

I wanted to see what the quality and size were compared to PD... :-[

The price was about triple PDs...
