Prodos have announced a new process which should reduce tooling costs by quite a lot

Very interesting. I'm still not sure how there resin avoids the issue of undercuts. Maybe it is pretty flexible... :-\

We.ve come up with this great process which we are now going to waste on making gormless looking crab men.

It looks as though the centre sections of the moulds could be rubber....which would give the  flexibility.
But I'm guessing.  :-\

What's "utherene"? Is it something to do with your pee-pee channel?
