Hi all
I get the following error when I try to access the Pendraken web page. I can get to the forum OK but not the main page. THought it might be Mrs Orcs trying to stop me spending money :). But then I can get to the Totty page and she would have blocked that as well
Any Ideas?

Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine.
Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a <customErrors> tag within a "web.config" configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. This <customErrors> tag should then have its "mode" attribute set to "Off".
Thanks for the message, it's been down since last night so we've asked our webguy to sort it out. Hopefully it'll be back up later today.
IT'S ALIVE!!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAH!
It was nice to see a debug dump I didn't have to fix :-)
Still down for me :(
What have I done :'( :'( :'(
Not working for me, now.
It was earlier. (Maybe it's being worked on, at the moment ?)

Windows 10 error Phil :d
Still cannot access the main site.
This time from the work PC over the LAN. Never had issues before
Also trued a separate stand alone broadband conection on another PC at work and same error again.
Have used both Internet Explorer and Mozilla?
Problems yesterday, then back on again in the pm. Down again this morning.
I'll mail Leon, in case he hasn't noticed that it's happened again.

Windows 10 error Phil :d
Hah !
Do you mean you have to have Windows 10 to see it ? (I'm still watching the updates like a shortsighted hawk...I expect their next attempt is only a day or so away. ;))
Cheers - Phil
Barstewards !.......They snuck KB 3035583 in, under the radar, while I was on the forum, a few minutes ago.....Uninstalled it again. :P :P :P :P :P :P :P :P :P :P
I'll be so happy when I don't feel I have to look at the updates after every time I've been on the net.....And I don't have to remember to physically disconnect the phone line from the PC every time it's idle.
OK.
Leon mailed me late last night...So I've only just spotted that.
It IS being worked on...But Leon hasn't (as I write) heard back from Matt, who's doing the repairs.
Hopefully sorted soon...Though it may go 'on & off' for a while, yet.
Leon says he won't be back on the forum until tonight (But I'm not sure whether he means Saturday (today) or Sunday from the time of his mail.)
I quote...."Why do these things happen when we're not in the office to deal with them ?"
(Sod's law, Leon. X_X)
Fear not, Gang....It's being sorted.
Cheers - Phil
Worked fine for me bout 1/2 hr ago. I suggest using Win!0 + Edge. Better install it Phil. ;D ;D
IanS
It's off for me at the moment, and some chaps over on the Facebook Warband 10mm group.
It seems to be working OK for me at the moment
Not here it isn't.
Fine for me on the iPhone with safari!
Still not fine for me.
Tried resetting your hub ?

Hello
I have no problems from here.
I'm wondering if the server itself can be reach from your computer..
( the physical server hosts several different websites)
You may try ( Leon, feel free to delete this post,..)
grahamsmotorcycles
dot co
dot uk
or
extreme-rally dot co dot uk
If you can't reach these websites, there's something weird on the network between you and pendraken. ( The forum is hosted on another web server, as I can see.)
Didn't do any of those things and it is now working, so I am assuming it has been corrected at source.
Still down at work
It must be a yoyo problem.
Been up and down like a fiddler's elbow all day.
I've given up on the £450 order I was going to put in and just bought from Mag Mil instead.
As if!
;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
Down again this morning it would seem
Interestingly (or not) it has worked for me each time I have tried over the last couple of days.
Usually just after someone has posted it isn't working. This is using both desktop Mac and iOS devices.

And now it is....
Apologies for the continued issues with the site, we're hoping to be back up and running again soon. Matt's been up in Middlesbrough for the Boro game this weekend, so he's likely not been able to get online much yet. If it's a server issue then it might get sorted at their end on Monday morning. I'll keep everyone updated either way.

For this order (and anyone else), just pop it through by email instead and we'll get it all sorted out for you.
;) :P

Working ok for me at the moment. Took two attempts to access it at work yesterday lunchtime though...
It's down for me now! >:(
Works fine for me!
I get the file load errors now as well from the link on the forum (top right) - using Chrome on Win10, but presume it's server side and there's not enough disk space available?

Also getting 'error' messages plus when I do get onto the sight it takes a very long time to load.
I'm also wondering if the 'Contact' button is working on the home page. I sent a short message to say my order had arrived yesterday. Now normally I'd get an answer within a very few hours but got nothing this time.
First time I tried, it was taking forever.....Gave up.....Second time, a few seconds ago, worked fine ! :-\
Cheers - Phil
same here error message
take care
Andy
Gone again ! :(

When IT misbehaves it really does misbehave.
Just tried now and taking ages to load, with no success, so gave up :(
Yup getting errors too..

Yep - got the whole shed load of errors. Looks like the server is dead
IanS
It's back up for me here now, but this is getting annoying now. I'll pop Matt an email and he can pester the server people.
Back here, now. :-\ (16:10)
Cheers - Phil
Took a age to load on edge, but back up for me.
IanS
Dunno if it's my imagination.....But the forum itself seems just the teensiest bit slower to load, too.
(Probably the rubbish speed I get out here.)
Cheers - Phil

You might want to ask them about load balancing - this could explain why it's sometimes up and sometimes not at very short spaces of time.
At least it's back now, but very slow.
