A friend of mine (Batu Khan) is working on a ruleset for WWI and Turkish Indepence War Battles. Actually I am not really happy with painting work. But then again if nothing else for future reference of the set here are the minis I painted so far. :)

Great looking little chaps and good write up. Those trench pieces are rather nifty as well. Are they made from strips of cork tile on card?
Thanks. :) Actually my friend Batu Khan made those. I searched his blog but could not find which material he used for them.
Very nice work

Hello!
The trenches are made by putting long-thin pieces of foam on card and then painting them. Very simple :)
Cheers
They look fine to me 8)
Ta for that Batu. Definitely worth investigating as a quick fix.
Really like the loo0k of those Turks.
Fantastic models and terrain.
A bit late to the party. :-[
Don't know how I missed these.
Great work.
Cheers - Phil

Very few Spiny Normans around here.
