Hello
I once started my regiments with only 2 bases ( as I wanted to play as early as possible). Some of them were 2x2 bases, so I can use them as a full single unit now.
But some of them were not.
I'm painting new minis ( and waiting for more.. do you hear me Leon ? :P ;) )
BUT I also changed the way I made my bases ! :-[
I used "plaster" ( for filling holes in the walls), but now I use "grass" ( much quicker )
So I tried to add some grass on the "old" bases.
Do you think it's Ok ?

( Régiment Bourbon, as described on kronoskaf )
Thank you for your advices.
( I should add : the green paint also changed, as I finished my old :'( )
Looks great! 8)
I like the 'clumps' of grass on, what I assume are, the old bases ?
Cheers - Phil
Ground isn't the same underfoot everywhere. I don't think you need worry.

You're right.
I would repaint the edge of the bases the same colour to bring them together.
Yes... I have to find the good color. =) ( I have about 40 bases with this kind of green)
Thank you guys !

I would go with a brown unless you have a green which matches your table.
Very nice indeed
Take care
Andy
Terraining the bases makes all the difference.
