Title: Extra crew for WW2 rocket vehicles

Half of the items are Pendraken but I am really showing the basing approach I have used to add extra crew figures to rocket vehicles like Katyusha or German Maultier wurfer - but to allow then to be added or removed

Interesting idea. Looks good.

I've added additional crew to a number of my artillery pieces but opted not to for my Katyushas so they could be moving or firing. Might have to rethink that decision :)
