First of all....A very warm welcome to the forum 'K'.
As regards to the warning....I think Leon's had this before.
It's probably NOT the Pendraken site that's the problem.....But another site that shares the same host.(?)
(I hope I've got that right.)
But Leon will be grateful for the heads - up.
Cheers - Phil
Hello and welcome, we have had that as an issue before... :-\
FWIW - I noticed that warning a month or so ago but none of my malware detection (on my PC) has had a problem nor have I ever experienced a redirection or strange popups.
Welcome to the forum - hope you'll stick around :)
No warnings for me, and Moaning. Fear only for your sanity. :'(
Greetings! :D

What ?
You can't see 'This site may be hacked', if you go in via Giggle (sic) ? (It IS in
tiny blue writing) ;) ;D ;D
(Should have gone to Specsavers.) ;D ;D ;D
Cheers - Phil
Welcome. This is an enjoyable and very friendly site selling the best 10mm stuff going.
Welcome to the Forum and thanks for the message.
The Google warning appeared last week and Matt's sent them all the usual info to get rid of it. It's due to us sharing a server, so whenever a different site on that server gets hacked, everyone sharing it gets labelled a risk by Google. We really need to move to a dedicated server of our own, but the costs for that are significantly higher.
Welcome to the forum.
Sanity - whats that? ;)
Welcome to the mess.

I have no idea what you are currently paying, but do look at someone like Digital Ocean who can provide a simple virtual private server for as little as $5 a month. Whilst it would be awesome if Pendraken were getting Amazon levels of traffic a month, it suspect that is not the case, and so, a Digital Ocean instance should be more than enough. Or if you prefer to keep your data and your business in the UK, I can highly recommend Mythic Beasts as a hosting company.
But then I'm guessing your web guy has already considered all the options.

Get your coat, Tawa. (Oik) ;)

Hi kaotikobcn and welcome to the forum.
As the others have said, the message comes up from time to time. Usually if I'm using someone else's computer and therefore using IE rather than Firefox. Never had a problem with this site despite that.
As to the forum membership, they are a friendly and knowledgeable bunch by and large.
As to the sanity displayed at time ...
Forum Member: Hey, wait, wait. What does this say here, this thing here?
Techno: Oh, that? Oh, that's the usual clause that's in every forum's Terms & Conditions. That just says, uh, it says, uh, if any of the parties participating in this contract are shown not to be in their right mind, the entire agreement is automatically nullified.
Forum Member: Well, I don't know...
Techno: It's all right. That's, that's in every forum's T&Cs. That's, that's what they call a sanity clause.
Forum Member: Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha! You can't fool me. This is the Pendraken Forum ... there ain't no Sanity Clause! ;-)
What's a malware. I don't get much about the internology stuff.
Malicious software ?
I think.....
Cheers - Phil
Malware is a term to cover internet nasties like viruses, trojan horses and the like.
Basically if Software is the programs doing things you want, malware is the programs doing things you don't want!
Hardware, as I'm sure you know, is the physical kit it all runs on.
Wetware is us.
Vaporware is the programs that are promised but not yet actually written yet!

And this was the major product of many companies back in the day :)
Also firmware - basically "hard wired" software - doesn't need to be loaded down from memory storage.
Pendraken miniatures are hardware, rules sets are firmware, and us playing a game is wetware running software (maybe, I think)
