Title: West Country Shows
Post by: sunjester on 24 January 2016, 10:51:53 AM
Is Nickfest/Madfest or whatever it evolved into still going?

Anything else in the South West of the country?

I may be heading that way for a little while and wondered if I could coincide with a show of some description.

Madfest is a work in progress as, IIRC, the pub where it was last held is no longer available for hire.

2016
30th January  Crusade, Penarth, Cardiff

6th/7th February  PAWS, Plymouth

13th March  WMMS,   Alumwell, Wolverhampton

that's all I can spot on Col. Bills diary, but only the first part of 2016 is filled out.

Ever since the discovery of spindizzy technology it's been hard to pinpoint the current location of cities :)

Yep - Steve's right; the issue is that the pub has been taken over & is going from strength-to-strength so availability is tricky...That, coupled with my offline majority status and the fact that I'm working too hard and not getting along to club nights (for about a year now) means that this is taking longer than it should to rearrange. I'll contact the other MAD gamers tomorrow & see what we come up with...
