Title: Personal celebration
Post by: Westmarcher on 13 November 2015, 11:00:51 PM
Having a great night tonight celebrating my daughter winning her Ph.d.  <:-P <:-P <:-P

Only worry is that both daughters are due to fly out to Paris tomorrow.

Sorry (but yet not sorry) for blowing my own trumpet - but so proud of my daughter (I'm sure other fathers will understand).

Well done young Miss Westmarcher.

Just goes to show that with hard work and a passport, your can outgrow the hinderances of your parents.   :P

Sympathise entirely with the sentiment WM. One is sometimes prouder of the achievements of our children than of our own.

Well done Marchette!

I think that ought to be her name from now on. The other daughter out to be called "Westie".

Or does that sound too much like a small dog? - FSN
