This month I have been mostly painting H&R 6mm Ancients. Here is a taster pic, many more on the blog.

Pretty cool. Someday I'm going to get into Ancients with Pendrakens.

I like and use Pendraken ancients a lot, but you'll need to draw on other companies as well. Ancients is a very big period, and no company covers anything comprehensively.
Lovely work, nice to see Heroics & Ros get a showing, lot of folks do Baccus and Adler, I do myself, but the H&R stuff paint up very nice indeed. :-bd
Lovely work and the basing looks great, which makes a big difference IMHO.
Beautiful work. You should send them to H&R for their gallery
Again, more great work.
Thanks all.
#Fenton, that's a good idea. I'll ask later.

I spent many happy years playing H. and R. ancient 6mm. But what on earth are "Flemish Persians"?

The word 'Achemenid', sounds like it could be Flemish because of the 'Ach...' sound at the beginning. It stems from the group I was part of on the seventies and early eighties. It's just stuck.

Crazy is as crazy does, so I'm told.
