Fingers crosses the British Legion will send som epeople down. This has happenend before in a similar situation.

I went to the funeral of a WW2 vet who was a family friend a while ago. He served in Italy with 2nd NZEF and in Japan with J Force just after the war ended.
He was a throughly good bloke, and was a long standing member of the local RSA (Returned Services Association - the Australian/NZ equivalent to the British Legion) so the President of the Wellington RSA gave a eulogy and a bugler played the Last Post.
As was said in the eulogy, there aren't many like that left in the world.
