Title: AWI Command packs
Post by: old smokie on 28 October 2015, 03:13:57 PM
when will we see the command packs for the Queens Rangers and 17th Light Dragoons in Emsdorf helmets, I think it would be better to try and finish the current ranges before starting new ones, just my two cents

It would be nice to think that Clibinarium will at some point return to the AWI and fill in the odd gap but alas his time for this range is severely limited by his other commitments both for Pendraken and other manufacturers. Pendraken can hardly be expected to put other ranges, not designed by Clib, on hold for the sake of a few 'fill-ins'.

That said and I have just read the October newsletter and there might be news of some additions to the LOA and AWI ranges! Mmm might not be able to sleep tonight thinking about what that could be!

Not a lot of news on new AWI additions unfortunately, but we are hoping to have the LoA Dragoons and command with us before the end of the year.

I am aware of clibs commitments to other manufacturers and what I actually said was if you read my post

Not really any timescales on it I'm afraid, it'll be up to Clib really and dependant on his time and plans for the range.

I think a command pack for the light Bobs is a must, it is frustrating when a range is incomplete and nothing has been added for years!

Indeed it is.  The AWI has been in my mind as a potential period for a long time but I wouldn't even consider it without a complete range available.
