Title: 28mm IHMN Prussians
Post by: Roy on 25 October 2015, 01:39:52 PM
I need some figures painted up, fast, to play with local gaming groups [including Bodvoc from this forum]. I've put these together, so far. One hour to paint each figure. Nothing fancy or spectacular, but they'll get the job done. Uniforms aren't following any one specific pattern.

28mm Ironclad Miniatures - Prussians, out of Tsingtau, for IHMN. Flag to be added after varnishing. Flash on camera has obliterated the layering done.

Nice work. IHMN is a good fun game. Do you know which gang profile you will be using?

Are these the Ned Kelly gang figures?

Very nice work indeed. Yellow cuffs and collars would be a cuirassier or dragoon unit.
Might I point out that Prussians would have vertical piping on the rear of the jackets?

Thank you.

fred: I'll probably be making up my own stats using the guide shown. The figures are actually Royal Navy Victorian Science Fiction from Ironclad Miniatures.
mad lemmey: Cheers for the info. I kept them as naval troops (see above), using Prussian/German naval uniforms as a basis for what I painted. Though, to save time, I scrimped on painting in too much detail.

If I need help sorting out things for IHMN I ask Gordon, from the below blog, for help/advice
