Title: Football team in 1/150
Post by: Sunray on 10 October 2015, 06:08:28 PM
Someone asked a few days ago if any manufacturer does a rugby or football team in 10mm.

Tomytec does two soccer teams in 1/150- codes 075 & 076.

Oooohhh! That's poking a hornets nest with a stick.

But perhaps you can answer me a question. You say "football", but snippets I've seen has very little action between "foot" and "ball". It seems to rely on one chap throwing the ball and the rest jumping on each other. How then can "grid iron football" be a more "real football" than the game in which only one player per side is allowed to touch the ball with his hands?

Just asking. I have no affection for any ball sports.

Bloody Southerners - was going to say Yanks but thought that might be TOO offensive.

PS - Yank version is even WORSE THAN KISS BALL.

I much prefer watching American Football compared to the dross that the English rugby and football teams serve up. Also give me league over Union any time.

Go Pack.

At least the ads are more enjoyable than watching 15 so-called professional rugby players who evidently do not appear to either know or execute the simple basics of the game
