Agreed. Most 'finished' projects are really still ongoing but temporarily on hold.
Don't see any Gatlings in there. Think that needs remedying. :P
It's all good work. Nicely done, Sir.

I must say i like the rules a lot, them being free is just a bonus. Being a regular BKC player, i wanted something else than a warmaster based ruleset for my ACW battles, and these fit the bill for me.
Once you get the hang of them, they are simple and give a good game. There is some 'battlefield friction' in there with how morale works, and the way your troops can get fatigued when you push them too much.
an example: you can make your units move at 'the double quick' once, without penalty. Do it twice in a row and you roll a d6 ,1-3 means they get fatigued, and will only move at normal pace untill they get a rest (meaning they don't move for a turn)
Simple mechanics that force you to make choices!

Yup nothing ACW.
But about 150 zombie/future army/civilians
about 220 28mm fantasy
about 100-150 LOTR
a gazillion 6mm epic
+ - 100 gw imperial guard and half a dozen tanks
about 1000 20mm guys for all kinds of things
my 2mm napoleonic armies
and some random stuff like pirates, adventurers, steampunk, pulp minis etc...
I think i'll manage in the meanwhile.
As a matter of fact, i think i'll never manage painting them before the kids graduate ;D

Very nice indeed I'm extremely envious of your finished armies :) mine should be finished next year sometime.
Take care
Andy
There's DEFINITELY no such thing as a 'finished' ACE army.
How many ACW infantry do you need?
More than you have.
Can I buy some more artillery?
Only if you buy more infantry.
Cavalry?
You've already got too much.
But only a fifth is Cavalry!
WHAT? Buy more infantry IMMEDIATELY.

I can be mistaken, but are you suggesting i buy more cavalry? =P~
Nice stuff, Peter. I do like the Pendraken ACW range. If the revamped ACW range had come out sooner, I wouldn't have invested so much with Peter Pig in 15mm, and probably gone for Pendraken in 10mm instead (which would certainly have helped make a few subsequent decisions even easier if I had). :-bd

Leon - If this ... person ... orders ACW Cavalry send him the Infantry he meant to buy.

Now you know i really have been thinking to get more cavalry you know...
Just rank and file mind you, to make the units a few stands bigger.
I want to play a game with my group first, to see what they think.

Not enough.
