The Carlists masters arrived yesterday, so here's some pics, I know 'Nosher' was asking about these a while back! We're a bit busy with shows for the next fortnight, so we'll get these ready for the October releases, along with a load more SCW stuff.

Those are really nice 8)
Yep looking fine these are!
Mighty fine ;) you have got to just love the Crucifix Standard - nice touch!
Now, why did you want to go and do that?
There's me so impressed by my recent purchase of those mighty impressive 100YW French and English that I'm now looking at scaling down from 15mm to 10mm for Napoleonics. I have my first list drawn up to give me a couple of Lasalle Brigades per side (Russian and French) and you go an release these little beauties. :o
Are you deliberately trying to financially ruin me ;D
Sense and sensibility may have to kick in and i might have to purchase the SCW range first and carry on gaming Naps in 15mm until the other side of Christmas
Here's some artillery crews which arrived today:
Regular Army:

Militia:

International Brigade:

Once again, some really nice figures that will find a place in many forces I'm sure.
Very useful.
And we also received another load of SCW from the designer. There's a couple more items to be done next month, but we're nearing completion with this range now!
Regulares Team Leader and a couple of artillery crew:

Those are lovely - I can see the foul weather gear being used on the Eastern Front too...nice 8)
They're funky. Some look like they will be generally useful. Coolio.
I can the the mounted troops making their way into my VBCW forces, very nice :)
We've just got these through, some more SCW in foul weather gear and a couple of Republican Infantry in Adrian helmets.

We've also got a few casualty markers for the Regular Army, Militia, Regulares and the Guardia Civil.
Wow! Those are amazing, love the poses, Franco is instantly recognisable.
Raising the bar for other periods - what about ECW personalities, after all there is only one letter different??!
Mollinary
OOO nice!
I can see those with a bit of work landing on the VBCW battlefield 8)
Very nice 8).

Always a possibility, the suggestions for FPW personalities resulted in figures being produced, so this is probably one for the Requests board.
Excellent stuff - as mollinary says, Franco is spot-on 8)
Wow!thats great.
Its a big thing to make more special the battles.
The next battle in my table it will be epic! :D :D

Just these - "casualty markers for the Regular Army, Militia, Regulares and the Guardia Civil", but at this scale I'm sure you could adapt them for the Carlists.
Any idea when these will be cast and ready?

With all that drooling you're in danger of becoming the swamp of Tolworth ;)

Rough estimate would be March releases I'd think. We're hoping to have some more Nap codes ready, and it'd be good to get the SCW finished off as well.
When they are available will they be a pack in their own right as a mixed pack?
I presume they will be listed on the SCW web page as Personalities?

Yep, I'd think so, or a SCW Misc section, cos I might put the casualties in there as well.
So beatiful the new minis!I buy it !
It can be posible to make(in future)the minis of Durruti,Lister,George Orwell or Millan Astray(and the goat of the Spanish Legion)?.
It will be amazing to play with George Orwell or Durriti.
thanks a lot!
We've just had these come through the Pendraken letterbox, so here's a quick pic. From left we've got:
- Pack horse carrying M1914 Hotchkiss MG
- Cavalryman leading the pack horse
- Cavalryman with LMG rig.
(http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3186/5853934309_6bbaffb070.jpg) (http://www.flickr.com/photos/pendraken/5853934309/)
I'm sure the pack horse will be a useful addition to all sorts of scenarios.
Leon!
Stop it!
That will fit in well for VBCW :'( :D
Nice figures especially the pack horse. Yeah, they would nicely supplement the pack horses from the fantasy range to form an Imperial baggage train winding its way along the Khyber Pass. It looks like another good item to add to a future order along with.........
Really nice figures.
It is an interesting addition to the range and a very important, one. I hope you will do something similar for the ww2 ranges with cavalry miniatures.
I´m sure I will need some of these.

Sigh ........ I need a bigger piece of paper for my VBCW wants list =)
More great stuff!
Cheers,
Kev
That cavalryman in sidecap might have quite a few uses is a WWII Red Army unit as well.
Excellent! 8)

Just wanted to say that it's getting harder and harder to resist these SCW figures. I have 28s, 20's and 15s, but there's something about this 10mm SCW range that really speaks to me.
Even the newly resculpted Peter Pig 15mm minis can't match these for accuracy and sheer character.
Cheers

Not to tempt you or anything, but we'll be adding some more vehicles to the range this year, along with a couple more foot varieties hopefully...
:D
I highly recommend these as a starting point as they are lovely figures with wonderful detail. They will be making an appearance this afternoon in another AVBCW battle, so keep an eye for them in a future AAR.

Thing is I have a huge collection of 15mm SCW, a medium collecton of 20's and loads of 28mm Anarchists - plus my eyes are a bit past it these days and even 15 is starting to be a struggle.
However, having said that- I still remember fondly that first Wargame Developments 1/200 SCW game way back when - and that 1/200 Vietnam game where one of the players demanded to phone the President to get a bombing run on the Cambodian side of the river......
But with The Late Queen out of the market these days - maybe 10mm is the way to go - multiple bases, easy painting and scenery is a doddle to make!
Cheers

I'm hoping to have those in the March releases I think, it's just finding the time to get things moulded at the moment.
Are you interested in a Republican (International Brigade) mule mounted Maxim HMG team? If yes, I'll scan the photo and email you.

Us? As in a figure you've converted?
No, photo from the war.

Yeah, can do, that'd be handy. The SCW has become a bit of an ever-expanding range, with so much potential for easy conversion among all the different foot types.
