Title: WWWII
Post by: Matt J on 27 August 2015, 04:10:33 PM
Just wondering, with the imminent BKC family revision will there be room for a WWWII expansion with some minis (you already have the Maus and Ratte*)?

Matt

*will these be released for sale anyhow?

There will indeed be some WWWII expansions at some point, but not sure on timescales just yet.  The Maus and Ratte are away with our resin guy so those should be sorted out soon.  I think the Maus is pretty much done, we just need to get the turret done in metal at this end.

I don't really want to release the Maus on it's own though, as it would be a bit lonely and we'd immediately get inundated with requests for more stuff to go with it, so it might have sit on the shelf for a short while until we've got a few more items to release at the same time.

WWWII - weird world war 2.

1946 and beyond, sc-fi with a touch of the arcane (nazi zombies etc) and lots of the 3rd Reiches barmier ideas and allied reciprocation.

Actually thinking about it I wouldn't mind a bit of Fantasy in Jack Boots -( this is where we used to cue Nick.)

It does give a good excuse for people to buy bucket loads of Centurions and Kangaroos. I've always quite fancied a Commonwealth BKC army for "end of war" with the planned org changes to be seriously dangerous and remarkably well equipped! It's like we got our act together and got really serious just in time to not be needed. Against the German "what if's" the actual UK/Western Allies stuff would be a good match. If the German stuff actually worked or was feasible, anyway :D
