Nothing that fits the U.S. forces campaign dress unless some in the 1800s Euros have soft peaked caps, feldmutze maybe. Napoleonics perhaps for the Mexicans, although tricky as French uniforms would do at a pinch, the shakos were tall cylindrical affairs.

Hello OS

I'm not a big source of knowledge but from looking around I think the closest types for Americans would be the 1866 Saxons:-

From mad lemmey

I'm sure that other more knowledgeable people can point you in a better direction if needed  :).

I'm not sure about Mexicans, possibly Napoleonic Cuirassiers and AWI Light Dragoons in tarleton could be handy. Not sure of what infantry in shako and trousers are available. There is a lancer with sombrero in the French Mexican war range and there are sombrero types in the SCW Andaluz militia range http://www.pendraken.co.uk/Inter-War-c18/SCW-Militia-Andaluz-sc189/ (http://www.pendraken.co.uk/Inter-War-c18/SCW-Militia-Andaluz-sc189/).

Hopefully somebody with more knowledge can give you more help.

Cheers

Mexican War doesn't seem to exist in 10mm - even the Old Glory range is the Tex-Mex War from 10 years earlier when the Mexicans wore the belltop  shako. However the 1st Schleswig War Saxons appear to be in a slightly tapering shako. You might get away with the French Napoleonic Old Guard for Guard of the Supreme Power. There are also Napoleonic or later APW/FPW suitable for Jalisco Lancers and the ACW Raider cavalry might well work as Texas Rangers. I bought all my stuff in 15mm years ago from what is now TSS - exceptionally comprehensive range.
