My dad finished rebasing our Napolionic armies in double quicktime so we got them on the table top for our second bash at the Blucher rules. I have, as allways updated my blog withplenty of pictures at the following link, Please check it out at;

These rules are looking even more tempting now! Nosher!!!!!

Good thing I have a Peninsula army pack of French and Brits stored ready! :D

Nice looking game and good AAR, both the figures and bases are very nice but unfortunately I'm not a fan of that style of figure basing.

Nice report, Slim. Before clicking on the link to your blog (and recalling previous AARs using Black Powder), I assumed you were using sabots (which in turn made me think, "They're good. A bit like Ernie Wise's wig - you can't see the join.") - but not so! You (or rather, your Dad) have actually re-based! Your poor Dad. As someone who has based his SYW miniatures 3 times, I bet that sounded a good idea before he started! Fortunately, they look rather grand in their new formations (a Grand Army, in fact)! Please pass on my compliments to your Dad on his fortitude and skill!
