I would like to request a pack of Greek Evzones.
Half the pack would be in their fustanella (or white uniform)

Half the pack would be in their dulama (or campaign uniform)
Both uniforms side by side
(http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-Ty7wrC64kts/TchAlnnNvoI/AAAAAAAAAnk/v1Eh1h5XvsI/s1600/800px-Greek_Army_soldiers_and_NCOs%252C_1870-1910.jpg)
For command one standard bearer and one trumpet holder would suffice. Officer wore the normal field uniform so can be proxied from the same range which proxies Greek line infantry.
The evzones in the fustanella at 10mm could be used for 1) Civil Conflicts in Greece 1840-1864 2) Greek guerrilla bands 1850-1910 3) Greek volunteeers in Crimea 4) What if Greek intervention in 1877 Russo-Ottoman War and 1885 Serbo-Bulgarian War 5) Evzones of the 1897 War 6) with some changes for Albanian and Serbian fighters in traditional costume
The evzones in the dulama can be used for 1) Evzones of the 1897 War 2) Greek guerrilla bands 1900-1910 3) Balkan Wars evzones 4) World War 1 Evzones 5) Greek-Turkish War of 1919-1922 6) In a pinch for WW2 evzones.
Yup, I'm in!
In trousers and floppy caps they'd be useful Cossack musketeers too.

Awesome. Trying to drum up more support. Also is their a possibility of commissioning a code?

It is a possibility, but not at the moment unfortunately. We had to put a stop to the commissioned/Techno sculpting as we've got too much in the queue already and the delays on things were well over 12 months. Once we've got on top of the moulding queue we will open up that method again.

LEON - WORK FASTER, after all there are only 48hrs in a day.
IanS
Would it help if you worked smarter, not harder?
Happy to help!
I made a try to commission a sculptor in Greece to make them (and then maybe sell the molds to Pendraken), but 10mm was beyond his skill :(
Trying to keep the dream alive :P
The Evzonas March
Thanks Ithoriel!
Vote added! They would be a fine addition to any World War I era collection, also useful for Greco-Turkish War of 1919-22.
Huzzah here is a picture that can show that at 10mm Evzones in the doulama can be used up to and including WW2

So one code, 7 wars (1897, 1912,1913,1916-1918,1919,1919-1922,1940-1941) :)
Greek Evzones! Count me in please.
Any news on this? Is there a chance we might see a code in the next year?

No news yet, I do need to do a new Top 10 Requests though, so we'll see how popular they are looking.

And here is an attempt at proxying and converting a 1897 Evzone from a Austrian Grezner

That's not come out bad, sculpt-wise! I bet the painting looks decent at 10mm gaming scale and not blown up to Action Man sized like the photo :D
Good work!
Agreed.
Cheers - Phil
If he had no backpack, and the coat was a bit longer it would be perfect, but until the Blessed Day, it will do :)
My skirted greek propaganda continues
A nice reconstruction of an Asia Minor Campaign/Turkish War of Independence Evzone
EDIT: YouTube link fixed.
Once more! I will make out the call for support for Evzones for the 1912-1922 period! It would be nice to also have dedicated greeks, but I am not greedy.
