Title: Sir Christopher Lee has passed on.
Post by: Duke Speedy of Leighton on 11 June 2015, 12:20:19 PM
A great man has passed.

Shame, but 93 is a brilliant innings for a man of his work rate. He will be missed!  :'(

I've just seen this, shame to hear but 93 is a good age and he was active right to the end.

A life well lived. Oh and he was the only member of the cast to have met JRR Tolkein.

He had a great run...and his CV is rather impressive. One of the all time greats.

If they haven't put a stake through his heart, he'll be back. (Let us hope.)

Nah, a few drops of virgin's blood and he'll be up and about in no time.

Sad, but triumphal at the same time.  How many of us would want to live into our nineties and still be working, and cast in our next movie?  A career as long as that has to contain some turkeys, but if anything he got better with age. Respect.
