A great man has passed.
Shame, but 93 is a brilliant innings for a man of his work rate. He will be missed! :'(
I've just seen this, shame to hear but 93 is a good age and he was active right to the end.

A life well lived. Oh and he was the only member of the cast to have met JRR Tolkein.
He had a great run...and his CV is rather impressive. One of the all time greats.
Great loss. One of my favourite actors.
Fangs for the memories. RIP.

Awwww.... :(
Very sad news.
Cheers - Phil
If they haven't put a stake through his heart, he'll be back. (Let us hope.)
My first encounter at the pictures was The Devil Rides Out. Great loss.

Nah, a few drops of virgin's blood and he'll be up and about in no time.

Very cool.
Rest in peace. A great thespian indeed, and also a jolly good fellow!
Agreed. A great actor. I doubt we will we see his likes again.
I was just bats about him. Could really get his teeth into a part.

Except when he was playing Fu Manchu
Fu Manchu, he say, "Ah so!"
:)
Sad, but triumphal at the same time. How many of us would want to live into our nineties and still be working, and cast in our next movie? A career as long as that has to contain some turkeys, but if anything he got better with age. Respect.
