What ho denizens of the forum!
Having just purchased Nik's Poles, I was wondering if the Hive Mind could help?
Bulking up some of Nik's units for FogR, I need pikes and reiters.
Looking at 1630's, so would ECW pikes and Currasiers work?

Ohh...
Anyone got any photos of Great Northern War Sweedish Cavalry and/or Pikes?
;)
There was an enormous trade in arms across Europe at the time. Almost anything from Edinburgh to Istanbul could be found in a Polish army.
ECW cavalry in floppy hats would serve as reiters, ECW pikes/shotte in hats and morions are also useful. Off the top of my head I can't remember if the lobster helmet was an ECW invention, if not then they would do an'all.
Thanks chaps. :)
Also have a look at the LoA figures - they have some very nice cuirassiers which might work for you cav, I know they are 60 years later, but they might fit, and they are very nice (although I may have mentioned that already!)

I do also like the basic premise, that having just bought some figures, you immediately need to buy some more, excellent ;)

You might want to check heft and height against your other figures though. Maybe a bit late for the 1630s. Ok for the Siege of Vienna though :).
I'd just go for the ECW figures, even mixing in some Scots.

They may be responsible for the introduction of the bagpipes to Poland :-\ :-
