I was so disappointed - the thread title had me expecting some kind of post-1865 alternative history, like all those Luftwaffe 1946 (etc) games, presumably therefore complete with Confederate Wunderwaffen. Submarines that worked better than CSS Hunley? Batteries of Gatling-type MGs? Steamtanks? Phlogiston-phlingers?
But no, it concerns an entirely conventional (if prettily done) horse-drawn caisson.
