It looks like "Washington's war" is a board game, "Washington's Wars" is a miniatures game. I bought when I was still at school, from the Virigin Megastore in Dublin, along with a couple of WIs, back when they stocked that sort of thing. I bought it mostly for the art on the cover. Never played it.

We used rules at our club back in the day. I certainly enjoyed them and ran a campaign using them.
