Title: Szymon's Workbench
Post by: Szymon on 23 April 2015, 08:40:50 AM
Hi,

I just wanted to show you what I am working at the moment. I don't have much free time right now, but I am trying hard to squeeze some painting-time in somehow.

I am currently finishing up the Ottomans, as well as some Warband Giants for Leon. The big tank kit in the background of the picture is a private project. The kit was a present from Leon ;) Thanks again boss man !!! :D

I will post progress photos of the tank too. I hope some of you are into classic scale modeling  ;) I haven't done much regarding scale modeling for almost 20 years now. I am looking forward to dive into that hobby  again though.

Here are some a pictures I sent Leon before he hired me, a curriculum vitae if you will  :) Mongols RULE !!!!!!!!

Great Mongols, Szymon. Yes, they did rule. Ruthlessly, if memory serves.  :D

I would love to see the Mongols but I am not showing any images at all, not even the indented box with 'image' in it.

Nope; not a sausage, bu**er all. I'm beginning to think it might be me but for the life of me I don't know why. It's not only on this site either, some pictures on other fora just don't show at all; others I get the image box and if I double click on that it comes up on a separate tab and some of them show up straight away. Mighty strange. I've recently changed providers.

Subedai, main culprits I've seen cause this are anti-virus, No Script, AdBlock and PEBKAC.

Has the change of isp involved any changes of software or settings?

Thanks Mad Lemmy, Techno (fantastic sculpts by the way Techno  ;)), Hertsblue , Leman, paulr and Matt of Munslow  !  :)

To be honest Leon it was a bit of a shock  :o, but I am back to my usual routine of going there every day and pretending to listen  ;D I am missing driving trough Middlesbrough to work every day though  :'(

@  toxicpixie :         Nobody can rival Matt's quad mounted elephant Khan!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ;) ;) ;) ;)

@ Sean67 : Thanks ! I will do my best, but I would lie if I wouldn't admit that  Boro has stolen a little piece of my heart  :x and charming and handsome Mr. Dave of course  :x

I have made some progress on the Ottomans, not much, but I am getting there  ;)

I wonder how long it will take till Leon will shrink the images  :D
