This is all very strange. The seller is based in Seoul, Korea and the packaging is Korean. My purchase went through ok and Australia has turned into a IntelProp fanboy and I imagine they'd ban anything faintly dodgy.
I'll check out the page with fake IPs in the browser to see what happens with different countries. What country IP are you using Barbarian?

The posting shows postage rates for Italy. Can't try out different IPs until morning my time. Have some UK and Netherland ones so will see if it's an EU problem.

I tried the UK and IT sites using IPs from US, UK and Netherlands and they all worked. It seems to be the Italian IP is triggering this message (try an IP blocker/swapper or a overseas shopper?). Has Korea stolen some Italian plastic model InteProp :D? If it was a blanket EU ban it would clunk on the UK and Netherlands IPs too. Maybe you can ask eBay about the ban.
Maybe see if you can talk some friendly hobby retailer into buying bulk amounts through AliBaba or Taobao http://ycysk.taobao.com/ (http://ycysk.taobao.com/). Mind you if you buy bulk amounts through Expedited Mail on ebay the postage cost is a flat $20US for however many you buy.
Edit:- Have contacted seller on your behalf, will see if there's any problem he knows about

Had a chat with the seller and he is none the wiser, it is not anything he has done. Have you tried to get someone else with an Italian IP to look at the eBay ad? From what you say it seems a blanket restriction than an individual notice. The seller is dreamtree76.
He is willing to look into for you. Let me know if you want me to follow it up.
Maybe there is a secret kimchi-blaukrauti war on that we've stumbled into 😀

Progress report, Gunship arrived today, very well packed with bubble wrap, etc. Not as fast as I'd like but then let's be realistic - when I'm waiting for a new 'toy' anything over 24 hours is too long. Kit is good, moulded in three colours (cockpit glass is clear orange). Quality is what you'd expect from a Japanese/Korean model, ie above Zvezda standard but not at superior model standard.
If you want to, you can put it together as it comes - a click together model suitable for wargames, with a bit more care, sanding and filling you could make a really excellent model out of it.
It now joins my growing pile of diecast and plastic models awaiting work, as opposed to my lead pile of things awaiting work :D
