I want to post some pictures of the night orc/goblin conversions I presented in the competition:

I used Night Orcs figures as basis. At first I only thought about add the nose and enlarge the hood... but I ended up making also weapons, shields and a banner.

The figures are actually a little big to be 15mm night goblins, but as I will use them along with figures Demonworld (Ral Partha), which are actually 18mm, it is barely noticeable. In the picture you can see the comparison with two Ral Partha human figures and a 15mm.co.uk ogre (wich is very big, even compared with Ral Partha).
Cheers!

Good stuff, H !

Lovely work, and nice to see the chick pea in its natural form!
Great stuff, Hetairoi! Its nice to see conversions before paint has been applied. Don't know what it is, but there is something about the archer's nose that emphasizes his grumpy expression, and I love it!
Impressive =D> =D> =D>
No school like the old school ;)
Fantastic bit of work there Het =D>
Thank you chaps! :)
I take it the chick pea is only a part of the master figure? I ask because I had a sad experience with a set of sandbag barricades I made from black Mexican beans. I microwaved them at length first, then soused them in insecticide, covered them in multiple undercoats of glossy primer, varnished four times after painting, and watched them crumple like deflating balloons over the next two months as the weevils munched their way out like a coleopterous remake of John Hurt's big scene in Alien.
Some wee creatures just can't take the hint, can they ? :(
Cheers - Phil
Weevil will always triumph :D
The great post-Armageddon showdown will be between the ants, the weevils, and the cockroaches. And maybe people who like rock music and neglect apostrophes.
Cool, I ll survive m/
Theres a good chance Ill be in with a chance two. ;)
Cheers - Phil

Weevils are impossible to knock down and kill because weevils wobble but they don't fall down

Weevil Knievel did, he broke 97 bones in one jump!
