Here's the first 2 bases for my Ice Goblins Warband. This is m first foray into 10mm for nearly 20 years and they have been a lot of fun to paint.
Well done, great basing and nice idea.
Those are superb! 8)
There rather jolly
Well done, great painting
Absolutely brilliant!
Love the skin colour, the basing's awesome, and the wolf riders in wedge formation are excellent!
Well done sir.
:D

Very effective basing. One suggestion, that was made to me recently, the basing will be even more effective if the edges are cleaned up ;)
Thanks all for the comments, these miniatures are a joy to paint. The detail at such a small scale is excellent and there is a lot of extra little details that don't add to the miniature but just increase painting time. There is very little prep required trimming flash etc.
And so far there have been no missing or extra bits, so whoever counts them into the bags is doing a top job :-bd

Thanks, I will definitely do that, I think it will add a lot to the overall look. I usually do all the bases last so they have a uniform appearance but wanted to see what works eary on.
Those look absolutely belting !! :-bd

Great idea to have non-green Gobbos 8).
Fantastic looking figures, well done.
Great looking.
I don't understand it, but it's nice work.
Very nicely done! As mentioned earlier, non-green gobbos makes a nice change :)
Love these Upgraydd; cracking job :-bd
Oh, those are cracking. Great to see a goblin in different colours!
great stuff, love the basing
Excellent, those look the business! Like Luddite, I really like the wedge formation, nice way of using the larger base to full effect.

Great work. Seeing these has convinced me to produce some Ice Gobilns. :D
Ooh...and Ice goblin empire emerges... :D
Awesome...the rise of the Ice Goblin empire, I love it. I'm hoping to get some more pictures up over the weekend, the army is nearing completion.
I'm feeling the need to paint up some Fire Goblins, just to balance things out a bit. ;D
OK, I've been meaning to do this for ages and have finally had a chance. Bare in mind, technology and I don't get along but this is a start
My Blog (http://rockerdogsleadballoon.blogspot.com.au/)
I'm hoping to keep this up to date and with much better pictures, this is kind of a test.
What everyone has said plus a good start to the blog. Looking forward to seeing all of the army.
Very nice artillery pieces sir!
I love the wooden flooring the ice goblins have laid down! :)
You winter basing is some of the best I've seen. Very nice indeed.
Very nice work that man!
Seconded ! 8)
Cheers - Phil
Although the painting is excellent, the basing really sets these off.
Wonderful stuff. Hopefully you are feeling the inspiration and
more to follow !
