This looks great. Gives me  a Shiloh:Fiery Trail vibe, and that was a great docudrama.

Pretty cool! I checked the website out that appears briefly at the end of the trailer. The following will be of interest for some:

Now I don't understand a word of Czech, but the site looks like it's worth a look around.

Dearie, dearie me...Talk about getting the wrong end of the stick ! :-[
A confused and deranged Phil was expecting to see a film taken in 1866  :-[ :-[ :-[ :-[......Though part of Mr Brain was saying "No...It can't be....There weren't 'cine' cameras THAT far back, surely."
I'll go back to sleep !

Looks rather good though ! :)

Cheers - Mr Muppet.

Another little clip of re-inactors by the look of it.

For Techno, this is a MODERN film , not from the actual battle ;) :D

(Waiting downstairs until the sods decided to come back...... >:( >:( >:( ;))
Cheers - Mr Sleepy.

While a film, series would be great, I am not greedy. Just something ala Shiloh: Fiery Trail, or Antietam with James Earl Jones would do. :D

Well that was a fascinating find. Nice to see some Austrian troops in forage caps. Some of the Austrian artillery pieces looked smaller than expected.

Shame they don't have an English translation 'button' that many sites seem to have these days.

Re: the guns, I thought they looked tiny.

Leave Phil alone!

He has just got his head around  going to the village hall and watching the latest magic lantern shows and he might as well enjoy them until the Welsh Non conformists  get around to condemning  and banning them for being satanic
