Title: Altar of Freedom Gaine's Mill : moving on with the figures
Post by: KTravlos on 08 March 2015, 12:17:33 PM
Good Day. This week I broke ground on the miniature part of my altar of freedom Gaine's mill project.

No the best pictures, but here is a small idea of what is going on.

Great start. Had I the forethought I should have based mine 3 bases to a brigade as you did instead of on 60x30mm single stands. That way I could repurpose the stands for other rules. I'm building up forces for the Gettysburg scenario.

Yup. I have begun a big fan of using 20mm squares as the basic basing for my 10mm miniatures (25mm for cavlary or artillery). It gives immense flexibility.

You can read more at my blog. I am not linking here though because in that post I am also recommending a product line that offers stuff that also pendraken offers.
