Hello, I'm Steve and I'm a wargamer :D
Thought I'd join up since the future of FWC is here.
I regularly play with shedman and kiwidave, in a nice way.
Welcome to the Pendraken Forum ... a place of urbanity and insanity in equal measure :-)
Welcome, Steve.
Cheers - Phil

Hello, I'm Steve and I'm a wargamer :D
This isn't "Wargamers' Anonymous", you know! It's a
serious forum.
Welcome.

A warm welcome from me, too. :-h
Wotcha from me as well. I'm thinking in investing in a copy of FWC at some stage. Any thoughts?
Welcome aboard.
Pssst!
Psst!
Psssssst!
What's FWC?
Flintshire Wargames Cadets?
Fire Westmarcher's Cannon! :-&
Five Wet Cabbages?
Further Work Considered?
Flock Wall Collapse?
FSN Wants Chocolate?
FIFA World Cup fsn .... move along ... nothing to see here.
...oh, OK ... so it might also stand for Future War Commander, the sci-fi version of Blitzkreig Commander (BKC) and Cold War Commander (CWC).
Apparently some company no one's ever heard of is taking ownership of these three rulesets ;D
Flock Wall Collapse?
Sounds like it should be a board game.
I'd play :)
Welcome aboard Steve ;)
Welcome to this nice forum

WTF *
(these days its mainly just my pee shooter).
* Why, Thanks, Fsn.
Welcome from me as well.
welcome Steve
Anyway enough of the pleasantries
I've already discussed some rule changes to FWC with Leon
The first one is anything painted pink gets -5 to the dice roll
These are some of Steve's annoyingly hard to hit Kraytonians (6mm sci-fi terrapins from Dark Realm)

Hi Steve,
kev
Welcome Steve - good to see you here :)
Welcome Steve!
It's great to have a fellow Cheltonian on here!
Welcome Steve.
Just give up all hope - NOW!
I joined the forum less than a week ago to ask questions and build an AWI Army and just ordered a whole heap of....ACW. Was all geared up to play 10mm Maurice and am now playing Longstreet for God's sake.
My advice? Tell your wife you just got a massive pay cut and the family is going to have to tighten their belts. :D
;D ;D ;D
Steve ... you know KiwiDave? Many, many commiserations. As long as you have no knowledge of Harwood you'll be fine though. ;)
p.s. we are all friends, but avoid the jelly.

No-one has knowledge of Harwood. He's inscrutable. And / or an idiot.
Welcome, Steve. You've now met most of the village idiots senior members of the forum - and you're still here!

Yes, KiwiDave and I know each other :).
In fact tonight we played each other in our first game of Warband which was great fun. More on that in a post with pics later this week.
Looking forward to that !
Cheers - Phil.

Which forces did you use?
I had Dragon Men (that looked suspiciously like Dark Age Rus...) and Steve had Dwarves - they are bloody hard little b*ggers!
