Not 10mm this time but some Adler 6mm. A good deal of 10mm stuff in the archives and probably some 1866 Saxons coming up soon.

Love 1806! :)
Very attractive set up and the Timecast town looks superb.

Little chaps are nice as are the settings for the buildings in the first two pictures.

Like the others say, great looking 6mm landscape!
Lovely painting on your blog there sir!
I too find 6mm napoleonics very fragile and finicky. I used to paint quite a bit of Baccus napoleonics, but it drove me crazy in the end - the frailty of the bayonets, and the work put into one miniature didn't feel rewarding when you look at it by itself. Its only once I've put in the X hours of work and look at the finished battalion did I feel rewarded, so I ended up shelving it.
The Adler miniatures though, is something I've always regretted not trying out first. All the pictures and painting I see of them are so very dynamic (especially the cavalry!).
I bought some of their 10mm Gauls; had to replace every sword. :(
Having just started painting 6mm Napoleonics I can really appreciate your standard of painting, lekw. And the modular townscape is something I intend to try in due course. :-bd
Cracking, love me some hot bicorne action :D
