Always glad to see pix of Ethiopians on caparisoned horses; makes me feel I didn't go too far over the top with my East African cavalry to fight against the Brits and Mahdists.

I know this is an old post, but as someone that has an interest in Ethiopia and knows how hard it is to find information about earlier time periods, especially information useful to wargamers, I thought it was worth thanking Druzhina for posting this.
