Title: League of Ratsburg and Dwarf game at Sheffield some years ago
Post by: Sean Clark on 13 August 2010, 04:07:27 PM
Long title I know, but does anyone know who ran the game at Sheffield Triples a couple of years back. It was a lovely piece with lots of conversions on a nice compact terrain board. I think they were using HOTT.

I would love to see some piccies of the game and the figures. I am sure most of them would have been Pendraken. It may or may not be a future project I may or may not be considering. I couldn't possibly comment either way   ::)

It was done again at Smoggycon last year, by one of our customers.  I'm not sure if there are any more pics out there, but there's a couple of the Middlesbrough Gamers Club site.

It was an excellent display, really nice idea as well.  The guy who put it together had done a lot of interesting conversions on some of our figures.

I quite like those pictures.  I like pictures of games, but too often they do not include pictures of people enjoying the games.  I'm guilty of that too; must change my approach.
