Everyone:
It's been a while since my last post, http://www.pendrakenforum.co.uk/index.php/topic,4054.0.html Tomorrow, 1/19/2015 is the 4th anniversary of our house fire and I just wanted to give everyone a update. Here's a picture of the remains of the original gaming room:
(http://i1220.photobucket.com/albums/dd442/MooseDontBounce/After%20the%20Fire/IMG_0166.jpg) (http://s1220.photobucket.com/user/MooseDontBounce/media/After%20the%20Fire/IMG_0166.jpg.html).
Here's a lot of gaming stuff that the firemen through out the window:
(http://i1220.photobucket.com/albums/dd442/MooseDontBounce/After%20the%20Fire/IMG_0157.jpg) (http://s1220.photobucket.com/user/MooseDontBounce/media/After%20the%20Fire/IMG_0157.jpg.html) I was able to pick up most of the figures. This is the table, etc. after spending most of the winter in the yard.
Now on to the good stuff!
The beginning of the new room. The table is 6' x 9'. I added wheels so I can move it around the room as needed.

Here's the completed room. I was able to do the work myself. It would have been only sooner but I added a 3rd bathroom in the basement across from the gaming room first. The only thing missing is a picture of the beer fridge (daughter's old dorm-room fridge) next to the work bench.

Next weekend, Forum Member General BT Sherman will be bringing his collection of Pendraken ACW over to officially break-in the room with a re-fight of First Bull Run using 'Altar of Freedom'.
Again, a massive 'Thank You' for all the kind words of support from everyone over the last few years. A long journey.
Finally, here's a picture of what a bunch of Pendraken figures look like after a fire. Hard to tell with this picture but yes, some figures have melted together. :o

Like a phoenix from the ashes! Have fun in your new games room.
Great news, good looking room and also looking forward to the pics,
I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who eats peanuts while writing and painting!
Endurance. Well done! =D>
Glad to see that everything has come together.
The gaming table, with storage on wheels, is a very cool idea. I suspect never something I will be able to fit in a house in the UK, but a cool idea none the less.
Great to see you back, glad the house and room is back in order too.
Welcome back, Moose.
That looks awesome.
As Fred says, glad to see everything coming together !!
Cheers - Phil.
Nice place.
Good to see you have got things back together.
Lots of work there.

Luxury ... ;D
Great to see the gaming room finished :). Envious of your space adn looking forward to the forthcoming game to 'bless' the room.
Welcome back, Moose. Great idea, putting the table on wheels. I hope it's got those little snap-down brakes, otherwise "chasing the game" will get a whole new meaning. Good luck with the "room warming". :-bd
