Hi all have never managed to do this, but thought I ought to learn as I have been here long enough
If you're going to use photobucket.....I can give you some help, Mark.
Cheers - Phil
Do you have a Photobucket account? If so this is how itn works:
1. Upload photo(s) to your Photobucket library.
2. When you want to post the photo start a reply. Set the cursor for the photo to be below (or above) your writing.
3. Click on the image icon above - it's the third one in from the left. [img] [img] will appear in your post.
4. Now open your Photobucket account (I keep mine in the menu bar at the top of the page).
5. Click on library and choose the picture you want to post.
6. Click on the photo you wish to post. It will enlarge. To the right you will see a menu which includes Direct.
7. Click on Direct. It will flash yellow with the writing 'copied'.
8. Now return to your post in the forum.
9. Put your cursor between the two brackets and use your mouse to bring up the menu which includes 'paste'.
10. Click on 'paste'. A string of letters and numbers will appear between the two brackets.
11. Where your typing cursor is now flicking there is a missing square bracket. Just type that in exactly where that typing line is flikcking away.
12. Before posting I like to remove the flicking thing frm the string of letters, numbers and brackets.
13. Now click on post and your post with photo will go to the forum.
TIP: If you intend to create albums on photobucket put the photo in the appropriate album before you select it. If you do this after posting your photo will disappear from the forum.
Yeah - I knew someone else would type quicker than me, but hopefully In have not just wasted 20 minutes typing this.
Thanks DP. It worked
Whoohooo :-bd
Can I add that it's always wise to click on "preview" before posting, just to make sure everything is as you would want it. ;)
And there is also the modify button if you spot the mistake you didn't see in preview, if you are quick enough ;) ;D

I wish you could have a "preview" option when talking to you S.O. as the modify option is,well not an option
;D ;D ;D
I'll just add if you use the img tag in photobucket ( the bottom link beside your picture ) you dont have to bother with the image tags on this forum
Confused? You will be!
