Just watched a great Turkish Documentary on the Ottoman Empire in WW1 on the Al Jazerra news channel

Very interesting stuff

Just watched part 2 on youtube and it certainly isn't a Turkish documentary,  mentions the treatment of the Armenians for a start, more of an Arab focus  :)

Certainly interesting to see from the view from a diiferent perspective  :-\

There are a lot of distinctions in that part of the world that most 'Europeans', including me, struggle to get our heads around :-\

I'm learning a lot courtesy of my ITLSU 1917 project :)

Turks are definitely not Arabs.
