I'm thinking a mod to a SYW 3-pdr carriage, with a larger wheel on the top; little mortars from wire? Or maybe wood - easier to work. we are talking bores of less than a millimeter, so a bit of exaggeration is called for.
Lord knows how the thing works - looks like it would function best if fired while surrounded by the enemy. It would have to be the Tsar's pet project - the Russian commander would get extra victory points for using it on the enemy and bringing it back in one piece. Maybe rules like "gaslight" when you only find out what it does the first time you use it.

My sister in law had a young russian student stay with her and her family recently and I have to say he was great to talk to.
He impressed me when he compared his fellow Russian to the British and then followed this up with:
"There are three tyoes of Russians. Those that smoke, those that drink and those that drink and smoke."

Did anyone play pc game Cossacks - European Wars? There was such cannon. It fired only in one direction , though :) After each shot it made a click, the wheel rotated and another barrel fired. I wonder if this horror weapon was really ever used in combat...
