Title: Poles
Post by: FierceKitty on 01 November 2014, 01:09:36 AM
I have found myself reluctantly compelled to replace the lances on my 17th century hussars with sections of sturdier wire. Anyone planning to start this army, save yourself an irritating and redundant job a few years down the line, and do it before basing them up.

Why not replace them with needles in consideration of your opponents?

But thanks for the advice, I will keep it in mind when I expand my Poles with some Hussars.

I've often considered replacing soft-metal lances and pikes with piano wire. Unfortunately, bone-idleness usually wins out....

The main offender has moved to Malaysia. Since he is Polish, and alcohol is taxed off the planet there, I am already avenged!
