Title: The Great Martian War 1913-1917
Post by: Ithoriel on 10 October 2014, 09:56:34 AM
Footage of "The Great Martian War" from a link posted on Facebook.

Love the soundtrack and has the added advantage of not including a single shot of Tom Cruise :)

Hated the music but the footage was great!

Why does Big Ben always get it?

Cheers - FSN

Be grateful it's Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament, not the Pentagon and the Chrysler Building (stunning tho' the last undeniably is).

I remember Rushdie's comment on a movie where a monster is tearing Manhattan to bits as usual: "This is Los Angeles' way of telling New York that it cares." (from unreliable memory)

Why on earth would we be grateful for that?

1) Other parts of the world exist; 2) the HP should be blown up at times.

We're perfectly aware that other parts of the world exist - we just don't want to go there. And if parliament needs burning down we're perfectly able to burn it down ourselves, thank you very much.

If you'd burnt it while Thatchler was reigning, I'd believe you!
