I've just seen this great adaptation of the board game 1775 using Pendraken figures over on LAF

Interesting,  anyone played the game? Wondering if t might be a way to drive a mini-campaign ;)

Any other suggestions for an AWI mini-campaign, preferably 1781 in the south.

You could play Diplomacy in much the same way. And Risk would be a lot more entertaining if you had to fight a wargame every time you wanted to invade. And what about Kingmaker? The list is endless.  ;)

Years ago played Kingmaker with conflicts fought out using Poleaxed.
