Title: East Front supply wagon
Post by: lentulus on 12 September 2014, 07:45:33 PM
You may already make one - look at this image

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Horses_in_World_War_II#mediaviewer/File:Bundesarchiv_Bild_101I-289-1091-26,_Russland,_Pferdegespann_im_Schlamm.jpg

Note the slope-sided cart - in spite of the "official" vehicles, in all the pictures I have seen that seems to be the most common style of cart, German or Russian.  Probably standard Russian imperial farm equipment.  Of all the Pendraken wagon and cart offerings, which is closest to that style?

This one?

This is GR35 "4 wheel general service wagon with team"

Is that close enough? There are various other carts in the Pendraken range, if not.

You know, that probably is the wagin in my image, but I am looking for something a bit "rattier" if you know what I mean.

Is that the two-handed job?
