Welcome.

You'll find the League of Augsberg range has just been extended. I believe there is talk of a LoA chanty maker, but I may be mistaken.

Welcome Steve. I believe Dave is eating his Panzer slippers. Loads of help on this forum for people starting to paint 10mm.

Hi, Steve, welcome aboard. The madness is the inoffensive kind - but it is infectious.  ;)

Think I might have done that FK seeing as I've been compared to a Nazi simply for complaining that some rules writers are asking good money for poor spelling and grammar. Evidently all proof readers have been wiped out.

Unfortunately in most media that is indeed the case, or outsourced to India/Philippines/...

Slippers tasty, yum. Surrey, yep remember that well I grew up there, but have moved to Devon. You might also want to head over to: http://www.blitzkrieg-commander.com as a lot of the same characters are there to. Modern type rules, but that is ok as it supports 10mm.

Hello all again in my eagerness to put my first post out I forgot the introduction.
steve
been playing wargames on and off for 30 odd years
my fav is 6mm napoleonic 28mm late romans/Briton and ECW.
started of with Airfix 20mm oh the joy of getting a box of French infantry and lining them up, them falling over, you lining them up again.
then finding a shop that sold minifigs (can anyone remember the little blue boxes they came in.) then finally finding wargames foundry ECW and 1644 rules.things have come full circle as I have been working on 20mm napoleonic rules and figures.
How time flies.

Certainly can. And if they came through the post they would be stuffed full of sawdust that you had to burrow into to find the figures.  :) :) :)

Oh the worry that you might miss something when burrowing and it getting thrown away by accident.
