Wonderful !

In ancient times, Mrs T was a computer programmer....and we were NOT allowed to have anything as sophisticated as this in the home.....To much like work !  ;D ;D ;D ;D
Then we got a...well....it was a word processor, and not much else.
It IS amazing how things have progressed.

Cheers - Phil

In my last year at school (spring 1972 - eek!) I did some simple Fortran and Cobol programming and we got to go to the Local Authority Data Centre to see the input sheets typed onto ticker tape and processed. All very cool.

The machine took up one whole wall  and the guy doing the tour told us that in 10 years time machines "only" the size of three drawer filing cabinets would be as powerful as the one we were seeing. Seemed unlikely at the time.

Ten years later my watch had more processing power than that thing had!!
