It's never too late to change...!
Yes, excellent work! What rules are they based for? I am eventually going into WW2 but probably should pick rules first.
I use them with BKCII HERE (http://www.blitzkrieg-commander.com)
but I use my own base sizes as I have both sides.....
lovely paint work, inspirational, even though i only play mid-war eastern:)
thanks
Nice stuff as always Dazza
not my genre but really, really well done. The blending on the armor is fantastic.
Very neaty work!
I like.

You could use this one, the para jeep : (http://www.ukstrike.co.uk/update%20March/DPC3.jpg)
BR121 : Airborne Jeep Vickers K (VGO) MG (2)
Yep that would be perfick :) now for some pocket money :D
Thanks for such a rapid response!
Those look great! 8)

WOW :'( very jealous how do you paint the tanks like that? layers?

Did commandos ever have armoured support?
I'm no expert, but I was working on a scenario for DOUVRES-LA-DELIVRANDE where 41 Commando, Royal Marines, supported by mine-clearing and bunker busting tanks, succeeded after other attacks had failed.

Did commandos ever have armoured support?
In NWE after D-day yes, they changed from raiders to elite light infantry.
IanS
I was going say much the same as Ian.
Walchern springs to mind.
And the RM Commandos from D-Day onwards had their own Centaurs (95mm howitzer armed Cromwells)
I'm quite sure on the flank of the Normandy lodgement which the Commandos and Paras held, they had the support of an armoured brigade.
Probably searching for FoW Commando lists will show you any opportunity there is to field them with tanks.
Dazza,
The paint work is, as always, truly superb - I am totally in awe! But I have a question which has perplexed me for some time - how did you get that title past Fierce Kitty?!? :o :o :o
Mollinary
It's clearly incomplete.
Hi
The painting is very nice but I particularly like all the foliage on the bases.
Take care
