Title: Any thoughs on French & Indians Skirmish Rules?
Post by: lentulus on 21 July 2010, 05:02:05 PM
Something for petite guerre on the frontiers of New France.  Could be 1:1, and works for 10mm - which probably leaves out entirely single figure but I won't make that a deciding factor.

Thoughts?  Transplanted European horse and musket skirmish might work, but I'd have to be convinced that the designer actually understands the bush.

I'd be tempted to use a variant of Legends of the High Seas y'know..it builds on the *great* LotR skirimish engine by accommodating the campaign development of Mordheim as well as the best bits of Legends of the Old West....

I'm pretty sure that I've seen a variant for this already - possibly by Dave Robotham...I'll have a look...
