Ditto. Thanks, Ray :)
Hi all,
I know this is an old post but I will repost this enquiry elsewhere as well.
Through a stroke of luck I picked up about 400 Pendraken Malburian figs for $100. Sorry Leon !!!
It sort of helped me decide what period of the Pendraken range to try out next after my AWI.
Truth is I am not familiar with the period. Does this include GNW, War of Austrian Succession and the SYW???
If it does include the GNW I might do either the Swedes or Russians.
So thank you for the link nikharwood :-bd
Cheers,
Scott
ooops,
Sorry. Thanks Hertsblue :-[
Never got my interest back in the GNW, ever since I cocked up a question on Charles XII, History A Level, 1971.
Speaking of Ray (Hertsblue)......Has anyone heard from him recently ?
I trust he's OK.
Cheers - Phil

I'm fine, Phil. Thanks for asking. I just found that the forum was taking up too much of my time. And with my wife's retirement we get out and about rather more. :-bd

:D
I keep misreading this thread title as 'The Unicorns of the GNW'!!!
Unicorns of the SYW would make sense though.
Id like to see those sculpts Clib!
I still can't see the fascination of the GNW when the figures are there for the WSS. It's like, i've got these fantastic ACW figures so I'll try and use them for the Spanish American War (?). I'm afraid I've now got to the stage where if my interest is piqued and the figures aren't available in Xmm or from Y manufacturer then I just go elsewhere. At 63 life's too bloody short!
Unicorns come from Cornwall 'cos they is pointy 'eads down there.
And there's me thinking the pointy heads came from the Deep South and Spain.
