Since you probably share my profound boredom with painting horses, gentlemen (and the rest of you), this might be a useful item to glance at:

And remember to paint a Sioux army at least once in your life, where the horses get to wear warpaint too.
Excellent find FK. Thanks!
Greetings
Thanks. I was looking at New Forest ponies yesterday thinking about painting horses - many of these chesnuts had noticeably lighter manes and tails.

Nice link, I'm going to move this to the Resources section as well.

Gosh, I'm having a good week. Everyone's so friendly, and the people at the Vietnamese Embassy were very helpful about my visa. :)

Just a holiday.
Great resource, FK.
Damn that's useful! Nice one FK!
Good find, very useful, cheers. :)
That is a great resource - thanks for that. I will keep this one secret and safe though: where I see a painting guide, daughters would see a let's-get-one-of-each-collecting-guide :D
Sounds like you at the Miss World contest.

It's well known that women can't resist a man with a well-painted Aztec army.

Leon - can you add my vote to FK's please? ;)
And you know that how? :D

Don't take my word for it. Try it for yourselves.
Actually finding a unattached woman at a wargaming event would be a feat in itself. :(

I thnk your being very mean to your daughters. After all is that not what you do as a wargamer. OOH shiny shiny - not sure I need a unit of those , but I must have them. :)
I think someone should print it out and post one each to your daugthters with "Collect the set" written on the top in black marker. :d

Llamas are bigger than frogs.
Llamas are dangerous, so if you see one where people are swimming, you shout.....
Llamas are only allowed to swim in a flack jacket in open air pools.
Watch out for armouredllamalidos!
¡CUIDADO! ¡LLAMA!
