How I learned to mind my own business

I was walking past the mental hospital the other day and I could hear on the other side of the wooden fence all the patients shouting

"13...13....13...."

I wondered what was going on and walked along until I found a small gap to look through

Bending over I tried to get a glimpse of what was going on  when somebody poked me in the eye with a stick

Suddenly everyone started shouting

"14...14...14....."

Similar to the chap sitting on the edge of a bridge who pushes folk into the water below.
