Something I like about these figures

Well, a small thing among many: I'm working on my ancients, and I've noticed that Pendraken cavalry figures stand up on the bases they come with. They therefore don't fall over when positioned on the larger group elements, and you don't have to clean them of rapidly congealing epoxy resin. A small point, but it matters, and I'm grateful.

Indeed. Some 15mm horses have bases that are so small that the horse won't stand up on its own, let alone with a rider on it. I think that's taking metal conservation a little too far.
